Boy Wonder

I don't like this sketch. But I post it anyway. Don't think I've ever drawn robin outside of Teen TItans Go!

Wolverines!

I hardly ever do this, but I decided to draw something totally unrelated before I started pages this morning. I know a lot of other artists do "warm-ups" before they start the day. The idea of that weirded me out because I couldn't get used to working on something that wasn't "work related" as ridiculous as that sounds. Well, that's how you learn stuff guys and gals... by doing stuff you don't usually do. Here's a quick Wolvie sketch I whipped up.

October is psychedelic, baby!

Wow... I should update daily, I know. Here's what I've missed on writing...

Crank and I are on Around Comics this week. On Thursday's episode, Skottie Young and I will be talking about comic artist 101. Go listen to me talk.

Hopefully you all bought All-New Atom #13 a couple of weeks ago. If you did, make sure you put this on your list for October.

THE ALL-NEW ATOM #16
Written by Roger Stern
Art by Mike Norton & Trevor Scott
Cover by Ladrönn
The mysteries of Ivy Town deepen as it appears Ray Palmer may have been more responsible for the bad than the good…and the new Atom is further disillusioned by his former mentor. Featuring guest writer Roger Stern (THE DEATH OF SUPERMAN)!
On sale October 3 • 32 pg, FC, $2.99 US

ROGER STERN!!! I mean COME ON! Talk about a dream come true. This guy wrote my favorite Spider-Man stories ever! And jeez, about a bazillion other books of course! I'm drawing it right now and I am having so much fun. Of course, Gail is coming back before you all get scared.

Okay, on to the next thing... SAN DIEGO!
Yeah, I'm going to San Diego again this year after sitting last one out. I'm dosing up on Airborne and running 3 miles ever other day in preperation. That show will drive men mad like cthulu. I'll be signing at the DC booth at the following times.

FRIDAY

10:30am-12pm : Signing at the DC booth

1:30-3pm : Signing at the DC booth

SATURDAY

6-7pm : Signing at the DC booth

SUNDAY

I think that's it. I'll post again soon if I forgot something!
