When I heard they were doing a whole week dedicated to Mike Weiringo by accepting redesigns of Impulse/Kid Flash, I drew something up immediately. Luckily, it made the cut so you can see it over with a bunch of other way cool designs. Here's what I did.

Cool. I especially like the emblem "overlapping" the red mantle and bleeding into the white of the costume.
